We put our heart into everything we make, and we want you to feel at ease every time you order from us.

If you notice a problem with your order, contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery. Please share your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photographs or other information may be requested when reasonably necessary to understand and resolve the concern.

You trusted us when you placed your order, we trust you just the same way. Our care for you doesn't stop at delivery - it goes far beyond that.

We aim to resolve eligible product issues through a replacement where appropriate. Monetary refunds are not routinely offered for a change of mind or dissatisfaction alone. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable law, or a refund due when an order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled.

We take every care to ensure that what reaches your home is pure, intact, and exactly as it should be as it leaves our warehouse. However, if you face any issue with your order, contact us within the reporting window above. We will review the details and, where a replacement is approved, arrange it subject to product availability and delivery serviceability.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation requests can generally be considered only before dispatch; an order that has already been dispatched may not be cancellable.

If we approve a cancellation for an order that has already been paid for, or if we cancel an order because we cannot fulfil it, any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment provider timelines.
