As many of our products are naturally produced and traditionally prepared, minor variations in colour, texture, aroma, consistency or appearance may occur from batch to batch. Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted by Ishavasyam.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other fees will be displayed at checkout wherever applicable.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Ishavasyam does not directly store complete credit/debit card details on its own servers.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timelines mentioned on our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances and other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, tracking information may be shared with you where available.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided at checkout are accurate.

Our products are food products and, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, tampered with, leaking or otherwise has a genuine issue, please contact us within (24/48) hours of delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched, subject to our Cancellation Policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
